A homemaker and resident of Livonia, she died at 3:26 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 20, 2013, at her home surrounded by her loving family.
She was 86 and a native of Fordoche. Visiting was at St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church on Tuesday, Jan. 22, from 9 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. Entombment in St. Frances Mausoleum. She is survived by four sons and daughters-in-law Mike and Suzanne Russo of Rosedale, Joe and Janie Russo of Port Barre, Larry and Angie Russo of Port Allen, Tim and Elaine Russo of San Angelo, Texas; grandchildren, Casey and wife Tracy Russo, Stacy Nichols and husband Gerald, Brandy Foreman, Sarah Griffith and husband Michael, Anna Bourgeois and husband Rhett, Josh Russo and wife Jeanine, Jennifer Anzaldua and husband Mario, Cadie Russo, Rebekah Russo, Rachel Russo, Bethany Seaman and husband John Ryan, Mary Beaver and husband Benjamin; great-grandchildren, Trevor Foreman, Carson and Sydney Nichols, Hudson and Gianna Russo, Grace and Kaden Anzaldua, Julia, Judah, Simon Beaver, Evan Griffith. Preceded in death by her son- Jimmy Russo, husband- Lawrence Russo, brothers- Leon "Bull," Tony "Singing T," Salvador "Bud" and Phil Pizzolato, sisters, Maggie Miletello, Mary Triola, Katy Roberti. Pallbearers will be Casey Russo, Gerald Nichols, Josh Russo, Mario Anzaldua, Rhett Bourgeois, Trevor Foreman. Special thanks to Pointe Coupee Hospice and her personal caregivers.
