A resident and native of Brusly, he passed away Friday, March 29, 2013. He was 71.

Visiting was at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church, Brusly, on Saturday, April 6, from 10 a.m. until service at 1 p.m., conducted by the Rev. Michael Otkins. Interment in the church cemetery. Survived by his daughters, Charlene L. Henderson (Henry), Alicia L. Crockett (Everett), and Beatrice L. Snearl (Harry); sons, Michael E., Lionel Jr., Van Archie (Stacey), Kevin M., Alonzo A. and Michael S. LeJeune; sisters, Jacqueline L. Crosby (Milton), Sandra Pierson (Elijah), Peggy L. Butler, Brenda LeJeune, Denise Thomas (Donald) and Dianne Stallings (Marvin); brothers, Welton R. (Pam), Charles (Erma), and Gerald C. (Joyce) LeJeune, and Gordon Batiste; grandchildren, Aaron C. Crockett, Marcus Green, Brittany Green, Everett Crockett Jr., Kodi Taylor, Darius R. West, Jacob Snearl, Kiayanna N. LeJeune, Derron Snearl, Brandon E. Crockett, Nicholas K. Henderson, Patrick R. Henderson, Christian B. Henderson, Khai LeJeune, Kevin LeJeune Jr. and Karsen M. LeJeune. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Clara B. LeJeune; son, Aaron Christopher LeJeune; grandchildren, Lionel Green and Kamryn LeJeune; parents, ARchie and Dorothy LeJeune; sisters, Audrey LeJeune and Geraldine Jamison; brothers, Warren, Herman and Norman LeJeune Sr. He was educated in East Baton Rouge Parish schools and honored in February 2013 for 50 years of dedicated service at Southern Pipe & Supply Co., of Baton Rouge. He was a passionate CB radio operator.
