Audrey Mae Boudreaux

She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who was very dedicated to her family.

She was also a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and devoted to her Catholic religion. She died at 8:25 a.m. Sunday, April 21, 2013, at The Carpenter House in Baton Rouge. She was 78, a native of Jarreau and resident of Erwinville. Visiting was at Niland's Funeral Home, New Roads, on Wednesday, April 24, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Visiting resumed at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Lakeland, on Thursday, April 25, from 8 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m., with the Rev. Greg Daigle, celebrant. Entombment in Chenal Mausoleum. Survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Charlene Glosup and husband Doyle, of Erwinville; two sons and daughters-in-law, Keith Boudreaux and wife Leslie, of Plaquemine, and Chris Boudreaux and wife Angela, of New Roads; eight grandchildren, Joshua and Haley Glosup, Jared Allen, Trent Kimball, Austin and Harrison Boudreaux, Ashley Pourciau and Aaron Boudreaux; and six great-grandchildren, Peyton Boudreaux, Marley Broussard, Trever Glosup, Laynie and Brayden Pourciau and Brenlee Allen. Preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Lester R. Boudreaux; parents, Berthier and Felicie Major; sister, Iola Pourciau; and brothers, Ruffin, Harris, Leroy, Ernest, Berthier, Roland, Houston, Roy and Lionel Major. Pallbearers will be Joshua Glosup, Aaron Boudreaux, Trent Kimball, Harrison and Austin Boudreaux and Jared Allen. Honorary pallbearers are Peyton Boudreaux, Brayden Pourciau and Trever Glosup.
