A native of Glynn and resident of New Roads, she passed away at 6:11 a.m. on Thursday, July 4, 2013 at Lakeview Manor Nursing Home in New Roads.

She was 91 and a homemaker. Visiting was at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Lakeland on Saturday, July 6, 2013 from 9 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial in the church at 11 a.m. conducted by Rev. Todd Lloyd. Interment in Chenal Cemetery. Survivors include 2 daughters and sons-in-law, Kathy Lewis and husband Ray, Ann Faye Collie and husband Bryan, all of Glynn; 3 sons and daughters-in-law, Charles W. Porche' Jr. and wife Gloria of Baton Rouge, Joseph M. Porche' Sr. and wife Jean of Glynn, Michael W. Porche' and wife Nora of Glynn; 1 daughter-in-law, Telsia Porche' of Livonia; 1 sister, Audrey P. Harleaux of Erwinville; 1 brother, Morris R. Patin of Rougon; 15 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband, Charles W. Porche', Sr.; sons, Paul B. Porche', Sr. and John Lynn Porche'; parents, Bazile and Linda Patin. Pallbearers will be Joseph M. Porche' Jr., Jeremy M. Porche', Sr., Jeremy M. Porche', Jr., Christopher M. Lewis, Jacob A. Porche', Bryan Collie. Honorary pallbearers are Charles W. Porche', Jr., Joseph M. Porche', Sr., Michael W. Porche', Linus Harleaux, Morris R. Patin, Ray F. Lewis, Paul B. Porche', Jr., John Marcus Porche', Paul K.
