Mildred Lopez Naquin

A homemaker, native of Bayou Plaquemine and resident of White Castle, she passed away on Tuesday, October 29, 2013 at Plaquemine Caring Nursing Home at the age of 83

. Mildred battled with health issues for many years. She was a fighter with a strong will to survive. Visiting was at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church in White Castle on Saturday, November 2, 2013 from 11 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at 12:30 p.m. Mildred is survived by her two sons and daughters-in-law, Terry and Suzanne T. Naquin of Addis, Randy and Medea G. Naquin of Pearland, Texas; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Dave and Helen Lopez, Maurice and Lucille Lopez all of Marrero, Fallon and Stella Lopez of Erwinville; four grandchildren, Emily Naquin Breaux and husband Justin, Clay M. Naquin, George Guldedava, Nino Guldedava; one great grandchild, Chandler Matthew Naquin. She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Amay Lopez; grandson, Drew Naquin; former husband, Norman Naquin.
