Brusly’s Baseball Panthers were 2-2 last week on the field.

“Two for two isn’t bad in a week,” said head baseball coach Tait Dupont. “Of course you want to win them all, but it’s more important that we play well.”


Brusly center earns All-Star roster spot

Brusly standout senior center Travin Thibodeaux was named to the Louisiana High School Coaches Association All-Star basketball team.

Thibodeaux is the only player from West Baton Rouge to garner a roster spot on the All-Star team this year.

Thibodeaux will don the Boys’ West Squad jersey.

The only other player from District 7-3A on the roster is James Thompson from Parkview Baptist.

This Saturday, March 22, is the annual LHSCA All-Star Basketball doubleheader at Bossier Parish Community College. The Girls' game will start at 2 p.m., followed by the Boys' game at 4 p.m.
