The Pelican offensive showing was relatively solid, but the difference came in the form of a star senior running back and an up-and-coming quarterback.

Brusly students volunteer to help teach youth cheerleading

These days, the stereotypical answers to bored teenagers would most likely be video games, cell phones and television. But for five Brusly high and middle school students, the answer is vastly different - they volunteer.

This year with the inception of the Brusly Panthers Youth Football program, a program for girls, age 6-12, to support the football program as cheerleaders was also developed.
